So now that my daughter is almost 8 months, I thought I'd have lots of time to write about things, as in my previous post, of all my firsts but I never seem to have any time. My day seems to revolve around Jaia's feeding times, three solid meals a day and three breast feeds a day. I can't wait for the breast feeds to end. I know I can start using formula feeds but since I'm not working yet, I may as well try and breastfeed for as long as I can. When she's not feeding, I'm checking that Jaia's not getting into any trouble, now that she's somehow managed to move by bum shuffling!
Sleep is another thing that I miss. I want to sleep, like even now I should be sleeping but I don't always want to sleep as soon as Jaia goes to sleep nor can I always fall asleep when Jaia does. I can't wait til Jaia starts sleeping through the night for more than just the odd days here and there.
There seems to be a lot of can't waits but I don't want to miss out on Jaia being a baby by wishing for the next thing to come. But I must admit it does get a bit easier as they get older. I can't believe she's almost 8 months! I've got lots of photos but I need to take more videos of Jaia.
Anyway, that's all for now. Hopefully get some sleep for more than four hours....
